Yoga in Daily Life around the world celebrates 11th International Day of Yoga
On the occasion of the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY), the global Yoga in Daily Life community came together across continents to honour this special day through the practice of yoga, meditation, chanting, community programs, and a collective spirit of unity, peace and well-being. Inspired by the message of 'Yoga for One Earth, One Health', each country brought its unique contribution to this international celebration.
As can be seen in the reports below, the International Day of Yoga 2025 has once again demonstrated how yoga transcends borders and unites humanity in a shared vision of health, peace and global connection. With every asana, breath and mantra, communities around the world came together to reaffirm the timeless value of yoga in our modern lives.
