On October 11, 2007, in the 12th century monastery of Pedralbes a unique event took place with the Inter-Religious gathering of spiritual leaders from Barcelona/Spain. This meeting was organized by UNESCO of Catalonia as part of an initiative to cultivate a culture of peace between religions and to demonstrate the possibility of unity in diversity. Although most of the faith representatives were from the local region, representing India and Sat Sanatan Dharma, was His Holiness Vishwaguru Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda.

Jadan Ashram is a lively and dynamic place with many ongoing projects - one of them being the Jadan School for local children. The "Shree Vishwa Deep Gurukul Maheshwaranand Ashram School", established by His Holiness Vishwaguru Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji, has already been active since 2001. His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwaranandaji held the Sri Mahaprabhuji's Mahasamadhi Anniversary Satsang on December 5, 2007, in Vienna/Austria. The satsang was recorded (and webcast live at the time) and here you can find a video clip (divided in six parts) of Swamiji’s speech.
In the International Youth Conference, on 1 December 2007 in Prague, youths from numerous countries participated, as well as renowned artists and dignitaries from politics and science. Amongst them were representatives from the Ministry of Education of Czech Republic and from UNESCO. The youth demonstrated a lot of wisdom, insight and fresh ideas in their visions about the world and its future.
